Q2: Is it possible to know how is my product going on without visiting your company?
We will double confirm your requirements and send you the sample before the mass production. During the mass production, we will keep you informed of any progress. Besides, we will do 100% quality inspection before shipment.
Q3: Can I get some samples?
Yes, we're honored to offer you samples for quality check.
Q4: I do not have experience to purchase from China before. How to start my first order?
It is easy and simple. Please feel free to contact with us. Experienced team is ready to help you step by step.
Q5: What is the production cycle?
It varies a lot depending on product dimension,technical requirements and quantity. We always try to meet customers' requirement by adjusting workshop schedule.
Q6: How does the payment process work?
Payment terms are flexible for us in accordance with specific conditions. Generally we advise 30%TT deposit, balance be paid before shipment.
